Hull Wyke Round Table

Lads (& Lasses) and Dads weekend went well this year with a good turnout of about 10 tents at Risby Park Fisheries. The first day went well with plenty of sunshine, beer and fishing. The catches weren’t that good though – about 6 tiddlers between us all. The person opposite us caught 50lb of fish in the same time!!!

The following morning wasn’t so good as the heavens opened though this didn’t stop Dave Cosway from cooking eggs and bacon on the outdoor grill.

I can’t comment too much about the AGM as we were in York (showing our friends around and having an quality pint or two) but the Final Party was excellent and many thanks to Carol Wharram for the excellent costumes.
