Gents,

As agreed at table last night, due to absences over the upcoming Easter holidays, the AGM has been rescheduled for 20^th April so that proposed new council members are in attendance.

The meeting on the 6^th April will now be an away meeting, details to be provided.

This years AGM will be held on Tues 6th April 2010 at Lazaats.  It is black tie.  Photos will be at 7.30 pm so don’t be late (or else be added with suitbale modifications later)

Attached is a copy of the Agenda and a copy of the Table Officer Nomination Form.  I would ask that members fill in the Table Officer Nomination forms and let me have them back on the night of the AGM.
